Absolutely. I don't like when someone calls my daughter beautiful because Beauty is something she has not earned. Beauty was given to her. If you want to compliment her, then tell her she is smart. She is courageous. Honest. Hard-working. She has a good sense of humor. To compliment a woman on her physicality is an injustice to her talent, brain, and other positive characteristics.
