As they say, 'Prefer Fruits over Fruit juices till you have teeth in your mouth.' There are Four Reasons to say this.

1. Nutritional Value: Whole fruits contain fiber, which helps in digestion and keeps you feeling full. When fruits are juiced, much of the fiber is lost, leading to a higher concentration of sugars and a less balanced nutritional profile. By eating whole fruits, you get the full spectrum of nutrients.

2. Sugar Content: Fruit juices often contain a higher concentration of sugars, even if they're natural. This can lead to spikes in blood sugar levels, which can be harmful in the long run. Whole fruits, on the other hand, release sugars more slowly due to their fiber content.

3. Oral Health: The phrase also hints at the importance of using your teeth for their intended purpose—chewing. Chewing whole fruits stimulates saliva production, which is good for oral health. Saliva helps neutralize acids and wash away food particles, reducing the risk of tooth decay.

4. Mindful Eating: Eating whole fruits encourages mindful eating. It takes time to chew and savor the fruit, allowing you to appreciate the flavors and textures. Juices, on the other hand, are consumed quickly, often leading to overconsumption of calories.
