Moment to moment awareness is the only way forward. We can not exist in any other moment except this. It is our Monkey Mind that is jumping from past to present to future. We need to redirect it to NOW by focusing on our breathing. To Sync our attention with our breathing is the only way to remain constantly in NOW.
