Thank you so much for 'chewing' this , so that we may be able to digest it better.

It is very easy to get distracted. I have made a simple rule. Whenever I don't feel like doing what I said or intend to, I refrain from doing anything else. For example, If I don't feel like writing an article, I sit aimlessly watching the wall in front of me.

I say to myself 'Either Write or Don't do anything.' 9 times out of 10, I end up writing the article. What I want to say is that between Traction and Distraction, there is always a room for 'Non-action'.

If we learn to sit quietly in that zone of 'Non-action', the journey towards traction becomes easier.
